After final engineering is completed by EliteShades experts, manufacturing and fabrication of the membrane and structural steel begins. Now it’s time to pick the desired Tensile Structure from piece of papers and place it to the real world.

Using in-house facilities of advance software & machineries for membrane & steel fabrication, our highly qualified & dedicated members ensure an excellent level of assembly.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is capable of working with a wide array of tensile fabric materials, such as PTFE, PVC, and ETFE film. Our manufacturing process is known for its environmentally friendly and quality control procedures. We undertake recycling options to reduce the environmental burden of fabricating polymers.

Operating from a huge manufacturing facility with years of experience, there are virtually no limitations to the size and complexity of tensile structures that we can build.
